The knowledge of the importance of our plant kids will use in a school project
Nice fourth-grade pupils of the elementary school Gračani showed interest to all the processes, from the very beginning of the visit to our plant.
Curiously they passed all stages of the wastewater treatment, but most interesting to them was the coarse grid, which extract all substances larger than 10 cm from the entrance windows. They learned all about the microorganisms who purifies the biological pools. Quite surprise was for them, that we produce electricity from the sludge.
After all, as the kids saw the clean water and the beautiful sun, they were very happy to be at ZOV on the first day of spring, so they could play on our playgrounds.
At the end the kids promised us to make a big poster for our Earth day celebration on April 22 2016.
