The Faculty of Agriculture is always welcomed

Future Masters of hunting and fishing plead for clean water!

The new generation of the students of the fourth year of Faculty of Agriculture, course fishing and hunting, were visiting the Zagreb wastewater treatment plant.

It is an opportunity for the students of this study to approach the process of wastewater treatment as well as the importance of clean water which is very important for our environment agriculture and animal husbandry.

Thirty students, including couple of foreign students, with interest along with expert guidance passed the entire plant and shown an interest in coming again after graduation.

Otherwise, in a separate program of the course fishing and hunting they interpret the specific uses of water in agriculture and irrigation as well as for plant production, livestock, inland fisheries. Part of the program of the future engineers of this study is also to put an accent on the quality of water in nature. They indicate also the procedures and breeding measures in agriculture leading to the protection of surface and groundwater.

Therefore, is the tour and visit to the waste water treatment plant in Zagreb a very important educational trip.
