On the occasion of the 102nd anniversary and the Day of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb, the best final students at the Faculty's graduate studies: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and Materials Engineering, Ecoengineering and Applied Chemistry are awarded with the Vjera Marjanović Krajovan Award.
Traditionally, the award for the best student in the study of Ecoengineering is supported by a donation from Zagrebačke otpadne vode d.o.o.
The award is usually given at a ceremonial session, but due to pandemic conditions this year it was not held. Therefore, the award was presented to the excellent student of eco-engineering Iva Zokić on behalf of the company ZOV by the Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, prof. dr. sc. Ante Jukić at the regular session.
We believe that future eco-engineers are the profession of the future, and extremely important both for the development of environmental solutions in the business sectors and in the development of science, which we strongly support.
